Tottenham and Liverpool are reportedly in prime position to sign Inter Milan transfer target Lloyd Kelly in the summer.

The 25-year-old has been plying his trade at Bournemouth since 2019. However, his deal will expire at the end of the season.

The Englishman is looking to embark on a new experience, but his next destination remains unclear.

The Nerazzurri have been one of the clubs linked with the Kelly over the summer. Even when the deal didn’t materialize, the defender remained on the club’s radar.

As L’Interista notes, the English centre-back was considered an alternative to Tiago Djalo who ended up joining Juventus in January.

However, it appears that the player would prefer to remain in the Premier League, especially if a top English club comes knocking on the door.

According to Football Insider, Kelly has opened the door for a move to either Liverpool or Tottenham.

As the source explains, the Bournemouth star has been free to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club since January.

But despite having several suitors on the Continent, he is in no rush to decide his future.

The defender is reportedly willing to wait for the summer to pen a contract, thus boosting the chances of the Reds and the Spurs.

The 25-year-old represented England on the U21 and U20 levels, but has yet to earn his debut with the senior team.
